I am interested with your products, how to order?

Go to our ORDER FORM page and fill in your order in the form provided. Fill in all required field and submit your order.

If you prefer to order using email, please email your order to our email address cliqbizz@gmail.com. Make sure that you give us all required order information such as Item Code, Size, and Quantity in your email.

How shipping fees is calculated?

We understand that shipping is an extra cost for online shopper. When there is a purchase of certain amount, we are giving out FREE DELIVERY for you! Please refer to the chart below:

We offer variety of shipment method to suit your need. However FashionCliq reserves the rights to change the shipment method according to the delivery location and the weight of the goods. If customer overpays the shipping fees, we will refund the balance in Cash.

How to return product if I receive damage/defect product?

Although all items has gone through the quality inspection of goods, but the transportation process is hard to avoid the collision, if the merchandise is damaged/defected, and we are willing to let you return.

What you have to do is take a photo of the damage item and email to us and we will determine the damage. You will get a Refund Voucher based on the condition of the damage. This voucher allows you to make the same amount of deduction in your future order and cannot be exchanged as cash.

If you insist to return the item, you may return it to us and you will need to pay the return delivery fees on your own. We will email you the return address.

Did you have minimum order for your product?

There is no minimum order for our product. You may buy 1 item only from our store.
